Interviewing Techniques

The English dictionary defines the term interview as, "Part of the selection process, usually the final portion of an examination, for the purpose of evaluating education, experience, and personal qualifications of the applicant. Also known as the meeting between a prospective applicant and an appointing power (manager) in order to discuss appointment to a specific vacancy."
